Friday’s launch night was incredible! The exact energetic infusion that is needed to start a full weekend of kink and community. Despite the very last minute floor change (we were booked in for the top floor) the middle floor ended up working perfectly for us with a gorgeous mix of dance and dungeon space, quieter intimate play zones, all the lights and flashes of our photo studio and the middle floor stage set for our performers.

The vibes were spot on from the first track and for that we give our thanks to our launch night opening DJ Gloria_Sync who was followed by ibiza icon paulDA_thatdjguy.
And all of this was captured by our outstanding media team made up of house tog Kink_Focus and videographers Misspoisoncandi and DanVandall from MyWifeIsADominatrix. We cannot wait to see those friday moments captured!
The dungeon and dance floor were filled until the last minute and as seems to have become tradition the crew piled on stage for the last 10 minutes. As you know, we like to party. #IYKYK #moveoverredcoats
Saturday morning came around quick! Especially after a 1am finish! But doors opened at 10:30am to the glorious smell of coffee and cake thanks to our community day sponsors Bignbuff and Kinkoffee.
The vibe was completely different from the night before but by no means less. Such an uplifting day of education, connection and community. Knowledge and stories shared across all three floors as our workshops kicked off. Thank you to all of our workshop hosts for bringing your knowledge, time and passions to the day. Our human library was missing from this year’s line up due to timing issues but we hope to bring it back for 2026 as part of our fresh new look! We did manage to make space for one of our wonderful gift bag sponsors SpoiltKitty with their BBB and BFW merch stand and another new face to 2025 LeatherFafner creator of Kink Inclusive Healthcare Alliance who shared his knowledge and vision, we look forward to seeing more of you next year!
After the BFW equivalent of a 60 minute makeover we reopened for the BBB Awards night! Multiple staging areas set up, table of gorgeous prizes lined up and an extremely hyped crew meant that it was all systems go at doors open.
All the favourite elements of Fridays party but with a fresh line up of performers and of course those all important award announcements.Massive thanks to our saturday show stoppers:
- Dominus Von Vexo gave us all the sultry vibes in a stunning spotlight burlesque piece.
- CocoDeville brought her signature boss energy to the stage, lighting it up with those awesome glowing fans!
- XinranRK and TheSubSailor paid homage to the bizarre with a sadistic pirate set up for her poor unfortunate sailor.
- Bilbo-Shaggins and partner gave us an intimate insight into their playful relationship as we delved into his box of toys.
- GoddessDagger wowed the crowd with a vampiric-footworship-sword-ladder-SPECTACULAR!
- And bringing the house down with an interactive UV rigging masterpiece, your BFW favourites Will_Hunt and RedridingBrat.

Sunday Leather and Latex BBB has always been our most popular but since BFW’s launch in 2023 we have seen our numbers go up and up and this year was no different. Our biggest BBB since our post covid reopening! Thank you to everyone who joined us!
We had more stalls than ever and delighted in the quality and variety of our traders. Artists, creatives, craftspeople, makers, engineers and more, each one bringing their own unique styles. (Missed a stall name on sunday? Find the traders list in the BBB thank you (www.thebbb.co.uk)
Iconic latex designers SevenSinLatex wowed us once again this year with their fashion show. Utterly flawless and incredibly powerful designs charging down the runway across a sea of screaming audience members. The music, the energy, the models but good goddess…the latex! Huge thanks and congratulations to the dynamic duo at SevenSin!
The fashions did not stop there, we were utterly stunned by some of the outfits on show this weekend. Birmingham…you showed up! But when our eyes fell on Bee, we just could not say no. Congratulations @BeeTheRubberDoll! (Also please pop us a message as in the chaos we gave you the wrong trophy!)
6 Rounds of thanks go to the VioletsVivacious who rocked our stage in two halves. A high energy, deliciously curvy and devilishly flirty performance for our 1:30pm stage show included BBB regular LadyMidnight83. Whilst the 3:30pm show took us all to the edge with a powerful possession performance #usnext? Featuring our home girl MikaKittenx and BBB regular callmedani_
We threw two extra awards into this year’s line up and saved them for the BBB where they meant most to us. We gave our heartfelt thanks and love to our Venue Hero Steven and the man that makes even the badass bosses feel a bit safer in the world, our safe space JD.
From all the crew and traders we have heard the same things in regards to the BBB, “what a lovely crowd” and it truly was. Thank you to everyone who brought a piece of themselves to that energy.
After our second 60 minute makeover of the weekend it was time for the final part of BFW the five out of five and once again…you showed up! Even with the annual whip boxing on our floors were full and dungeons heaving all night!
House tog Kink_Focus was once again in high demand for those final photoshoots, three days of outfits? YES PLEASE! Huge thanks to our house dommes, kikka_jennie and @mistresskirsrty1 for not only hosting across the entire weekend but for taking charge of the Afterparty house domme station! So many bottoms so little time!
The annual WhipBoxing championship was its usual hilarious chaos and this year saw three winners! Icebeard, BDSMay and ZaidX from the BBB Crew! Thanks as always to DKLeather! It would not be BFW without this icing on the cake!
Our last reserves of energy were kept in motion from the BBB Djs with an energetic and eclectic set from CoCoDeville followed by some super charges sounds from the one and only paulDA_thatguy. So super charged that only half the crew made it to the last dances and we ended up running over by nearly 15 minutes! #damnyoupendulum. It was however, the perfect end to the weekend.
The weekend was full of such incredible people, performers, workshop hosts and traders. On top of that we had our amazing team of sponsors and hosts who helped shape the atmosphere at BFW whilst also bringing their passions and projects to showcase and share.
