Joining us for Sunday’s Community Day EchoWood, with their workshop “Artistic Sharps”
“Hihi, I’m Echo!! I use they/them pronouns, I’m based in Birmingham and run my own events! I also crew other events in the area. I started running workshops as I felt there was a gap in kink education that I could help fill. I primarily focus on ageplay and disabilities in kink as these two things make up a large portion of my kink life. Im disabled and chronically ill and these things influence everything I do within my life and within the BDSM world. I’ve always been passionate about education and sharing knowledge with anyone who will listen to me yap! I’ve gotten quite the reputation of being a chaos gremlin and spreading laughter and chaos wherever I go. I hope to see you at one of my workshops!”

Echo wood presents artistic cutting, knives and scalpels. This is a workshop aimed at those interested in the world of scarification, cutting and the beauty of wounds and blood. This workshop will take you through a full scene, starting at the planning, negotiation, scene prep and moving on and through safe medical practices, aftercare physically and mentally and long term goals of this style of play. This is a starter workshop for those who wish to dip their toes into this style of play without being exposed to the more squeamish visuals. This workshop will include some pictures of the healing process as well as medical supplies and healed/healing scars. (warning will be given beforehand for those who do not wish to see this)
